American Breakfast or Japanese-style set menu are available at All Day Dining Serena from 7:00am to 10:00am.

* Breakfast at Japanese Benkay has been suspended except for specific days.

Change in menus

Some menus may be suspended in the restaurants and room service.

As for the time for last order of course meals, please ask the restaurant staff when making a reservation or placing an order.

To keep the safety and wellbeing of our guests, please cooperate with body temperature checks and make use of hand sanitizer at the entrance of the restaurants and bar lounges. We may limit the number of guests to prevent close-contact settings. Please wear a mask except when eating and drinking.

We temporarily shorten operating hours of massage service.

Smoking Prohibited in Main bar “Vol de Nuit” and Bar Lounge “Sky Cruiser”

From Wednesday, the 1st of April 2020, smoking is prohibited within Main Bar “Vol de Nuit” and Bar Lounge “Sky Cruiser”.
Thank you for your kind understanding and cooperation.

Novel coronavirus (2019-nCoV) has been detected, and the number of detected cases has been on the increase.

In consideration of guest safety and security, we have implemented the measures as follows;

Every staff is mandated to wear a mask.
Placed hand sanitizers in the lobby and the public bathrooms. Reinforcing disinfection of all public areas, especially door knobs, elevator buttons and handrails of escalators.

We may change our actions according to the status.Thank you for your kind understanding and cooperation.

Notice regarding Accommodation Tax

In accordance with the Osaka Prefectural Accommodation Tax Ordinance, the total amount of room fees (lodging fees and service fees on lodging fees) will be subject to the Accommodation Tax starting on January 1, 2017.
Please note that this Accommodation Tax is not included in the room fees and lodging plan fees listed on the hotel's public homepage for reservations for lodging on or after January 1, and will be charged separately.

Room fee (Per person, per night) Tax amount
Under 7,000 JPY Tax-free
Between 7,000 JPY and 14,999 JPY 100 JPY
Between 15,000 JPY and 19,999 JPY 200 JPY
20,000 JPY or more 300 JPY
The room fee includes the following:
  • Lodging fees
  • Service fees on said lodging fees

The following fees are not included in the room fee:
  • Consumption tax etc
  • Fees for services other than accommodation
    Examples:Fees incurred for meals, use of conference facilities, telephone calls etc.

*The rate of accommodation tax will be charged based on the room fee per person, per night.

Parcel handling policy

Please be advised that it will be charged 500 JPY (included tax) per parcel per day for storage in the event parcels arrive to the hotel earlier than 3 days prior to arrival date.
It will be applied from the 1st of January, 2018.
*We are pleased to accept and store parcels free of charge up to 3 days prior to arrival.
*We are pleased to accept and store parcels free of charge for One Harmony and Fountains Club Plus members.
